How to Consume?

Yes, it’s keto-friendly. Our product contains only 4g of carbs and 0% sugar.

Does the Hojicha flavor contain caffeine?

Yes, the Hojicha flavor has 1.48mg of caffeine per 100mg. Since one serving is 35g, it contains only 0.518mg of caffeine, which is very minimal. You can even have it in the evening without worrying about affecting your sleep.

How many grams of BCAAs are in one serving?
